You get 5 different alternatives for each meal. All you have to do is fill out the questionnaire and you will receive it within 48 hours!
That means 5 x breakfast, 5 x post meal, 5 x lunch, 5 x pre meal and 5 x dinner!

How do I receive digital goods?
After payment, you will be forwarded to a page where you can download the plan to your phone as a PDF.
You will also receive an email, to the same email address you use at checkout, with a link to download the PDF.
Every time the program is updated, you will receive an email with the option to download the updated version
How do I receive physical goods?
All physical goods are shipped every weekday with DAO
Return
Physical goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returns are self-paid and registered by sending an email with your full name to eptraeningogkost@gmail.com
Digital goods cannot be returned.
