1:1 coaching

Do you need help with weight loss? Muscle building? Tightening? A little push behind in the right direction? Or maybe just guidance on diet, sleep and general health - then coaching is ideal for me.

Since I myself have been through a wild development and here gained a lot of experience in training, diet and lifestyle, it is my greatest wish to be able to share that knowledge with others.

- I am both ready to coach you who are completely new to the training world and need a helping hand.
- I am also ready to coach you who have been training for a long time, but need someone to save up with in order to reach new heights.
- I am also ready to coach you who are not necessarily into training, but would like to understand the importance of diet, sleep and health.

What does a coaching course with me entail:

- A tailor-made meal plan that we adapt to your goals and preferences

- A tailored training plan, either for fitness center or home use (possibly both?) which is adapted to your goals

- An app where you can easily navigate around your plans, as well as have continuous contact with me, in the form of updates, videos and messages

- Guidance on sleep, routines, training, nutritional supplements and general lifestyle and health

- Shopping list with my favorite products and recommendations

- Documents in which I have collected all my knowledge and experience, which have brought me to where I am today.

- Contact 24/7 via messages and videos, with the option of phone calls if desired!
