This program is designed to be done at home or on a gym mat, focusing on legs, booty and abs. It's my go-to training program when I choose to train at home, or simply grab a quick but effective workout on a mat at the gym.

You don't need anything available other than a mat to practice the program. However, having rubber bands and weights available will optimize the exercises.
The program can be performed both at home and on a mat in a gym.

This program is intended for you who do not have a gym membership, but want to train legs, booty and stomach at home. It is intended for you who want to give yourself a little extra time and take it a little extra seriously, but do not have a desire for a fitness membership or use of machines. ( NOTE: however, the program can also be performed on a mat in the fitness center)

How do I receive digital goods?
After payment, you will be forwarded to a page where you can download the plan to your phone as a PDF.
You will also receive an email, to the same email address you use at checkout, with a link to download the PDF.
Every time the program is updated, you will receive an email with the option to download the updated version
How do I receive physical goods?
All physical goods are shipped every weekday with DAO
Return
Physical goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returns are self-paid and registered by sending an email with your full name to eptraeningogkost@gmail.com
Digital goods cannot be returned.
