The programs have been developed to hit legs and balls. There is both a focus on small isolation exercises as well as the larger compound exercises.
If you choose to train the program for home use, you do not need to have anything else available but a mat. However, having rubber bands and weights available will optimize the exercises. If you choose to train according to the gym program, your gym should have all the necessary machines and remedies.
