My delicious teriyaki noodle dish! - I can't explain enough how many requests I got for the recipe when I posted it on my Instagram profile. I have therefore gone straight to the keys!

Recipe for one person:
- 100 grams of chicken (preferably inside fillet)
- 50 grams of whole grain noodles
- 60 grams of broccoli
- 60 grams of red onion
- 3 tablespoons / 30 grams of teriyaki
- 1 tablespoon / 25 grams of honey
Boil the noodles
Cut the chicken into cubes and fry on the pan at high heat in teriyaki and honey
Chop broccoli and red onion into coarse/large pieces.
When the chicken is almost done, add the noodles, broccoli and red onion to the chicken in the pan. Then mix it together
