Min yndlings green smoothie

My favorite green smoothie

I can't stress enough how much I love starting my day with this smoothie.

Not only is it full of vitamins and antioxidants, it also tastes extremely good!

Recipe for one person:

- 200 ml milk (I use vanilla soy drink from SPIR)

- Half an avocado / approx. 50 grams (NOTE. you can also replace the avocado with a banana / approx. 80 grams)

- 20 grams of spinach (I use baby spinach as it is a bit sweeter)

- Half a lemon

- A scoop of vanilla protein powder. (Not necessary)

- A teaspoon of greens powder. (Not necessary)

Blend it all in a blender
